This was an ancient Jewish City. It is in the Golan Heights real close to Syria. It was part of a Roman battle during the first century in the Great Revolt. Literally my least favorite hike on this planet. To get here you have to hike down a mountain and up another... so you can imagine the wonderful exit.
Pit: Having to hike up this desert mountain in the blazing sun
Peak: Listening to Whitney yell at belnap about there being a road they could pick us up on without having to hike back up the mountain.
